Our Information Reporting
Portal service provides educational institutions with the reports that are need
on a daily basis.
We have built an ODS
(Operational Data Store) specifically for Datatel®
Colleague® ERP system. You provide data
extracts, and we manage your information by loading the information into our
proprietary reporting mart. Our service is to provide an information reporting
architecture that interfaces with Datatel®
Colleague® Application Suite.
Our
process is simple, you supply the data we turn it into information and send it
back or provide access to it.
We understand that there is limited staffing,
budget and time to fully implement with your staff an integrated reporting
architecture.
We have been successfully
implementing a Reporting Architecture (ODS) for a college in California and we
would like to make our capabilities available other users as well.
For a small subscription
fee and monthly service charge we provide:

on building the exports from Colleague®

pre-design ODS reporting architecture on our servers
- We provide all of the
programming and database info-structure to cleanse and transform your data
into valuable information at our site.

connectivity to send to your institution the result set that can be loaded
into your database.

information views that are not available out of the box.

Services

Our data stage development and conversion service allows your company to have
the benefit of additional ETL development resources without requiring a long
term employee commitment. Our experience includes the 7.5.x release and before,
including parallel extender. We can provide the ETL Data Acquisition Design,
Source System Analysis, Source to target mappings and Data Stage ETL development
and testing.
